Where can I spend my Arnotts eGift Card?
You can spend your Arnotts eGift Card in Arnotts and Brown Thomas stores, BT2 stores, as well as online at arnotts.ie. and brownthomas.com.
 
 
What shall I do if I have an issue with my Arnotts eGift Card?

What will happen after I place my order online?
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. At the point of sending the eGift Card to your recipient, we will send you another email to confirm this has been done. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.
 
 
Who will send me my eGift Card?
Our eGift Card partner is Voucher Express and they will fulfil your eGift Card order. Their name will appear on your credit card statement and all of their terms can be found HERE.
 
 
Can I buy a corporate eGift Card?

What do I do if I want to place an order for Gift Cards over the value of €500?
The maximum eGfit card order value is €500. For business orders of a higher value please email us on corporate@voucherexpress.com to confirm. 
 
 
Can I send a personal message with the eGift Card?
Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your eGift Card online. Your message will be included with your order.
 
 
How long does it take for eGiift Card to be delivered?
We will email directly to the lucky recipient within the hour, or on a specified delivery date.
 
 
Is there an expiry date on a eGift Card?
No, the Arnotts eGift Card does not have an expiry date.
 
 
How can I check the balance on my eGift Card?
You can find out the remaining balance on the eGift Card at any till point in store, or by calling us on 1800856098.
 
 
Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I have paid for it?
Unfortunately it is not possible to alter the value of the eGift Card after payment.
 
 
How do I cancel an order for an eGift Card?
If your eGift Card has not yet been delivered because you have selected a future delivery date, you can cancel by contacting the Arnotts eGift Card team at Voucher Express on 1800856098. Or email us at arnotts@voucherexpress.net If the eGift Card has already been delivered your purchase cannot be cancelled.
